There are three items- the meeting minutes for the April 13th meeting (pages 5-14),

an informational report on Police Department Crime Reporting Data under old business (staff report pages 15-17, memorandum pages 18-20),

and a new business item to introduce the Housing Successor Fund Policy Guide, implementing Program 7 of the housing element (which is quoted in the staff report on page 22) (staff report pages 21-5, example flyer page 26, policy recommendation slides pages 27-8).
