We’ll be discussing the revised Housing element, which notes sites where Pinole expects to build new housing, sets up goals and processes to actually get there, and builds support systems to help everyone in the city deal with housing issues. Some points of note are the revised inventory process to actually show how the city plans to meet the very-low income housing Regional Housing Needs Assessment requirements (page 21), and a brief overview of the future Environmental Justice Element (page 23).
