Tomorrow, 3-21- Pinole City Council meeting starting at 5 PM, Pinole City Hall/Hybrid. You can find the agenda packet here. Since the order of the agenda has changed, we start with a council appointment to the community services commission (and the other council reports, future agenda items and so on), then move on to the proclamations and presentations. Next there is consent calendar, where we have the annual housing element progress report, second readings of ordinances to accelerate nuisance abatement timelines and grant ConFire authority over relevant Fire matters in Pinole, a resolution supporting state funding for Adult School Classes for older adults, a resolution expressing concerns over the Delta tunnel, adopting the revised council procedures with the changes from the prior meeting, and amending a purchase agreement to cut the price in half for 612 Tennent Avenue due to the appraised value being half of what the city was charging for it.

Then there’s a public hearing to join the California Municipal Finance Authority to allow SAHA to issue more bonds for their project.
