There are two items- the meeting minutes for the January 26th meeting (pages 5-10),

and a public hearing on Uptown Yard’s Use Permit Review and Modification – requesting increased hours of operation (9 AM-9 PM 7 days a week), mobile food vendors during events and Saturday markets, and limited live music (applicant letter, page 95) (staff report pages 11-18, resolution pages 19-23, conditions of approval pages 24-40, past resolution pages 41-4, past conditions of approval pages 45-61, past minutes pages 62-84,  past site plan pages 85-90, new site plan and transit notes pages 91-4, applicant letter pages 95-6).
