Planning Commission meeting, 2-9-26

Monday, 2-9- Planning Commission meeting, 7 PM, Hybrid.

There are two items- the meeting minutes for the January 26th meeting (pages 5-23),

and a public hearing on approving a tentative parcel map (SM26-0001) to establish a two lot subdivision at 2860 Pinole Valley Road APN: 430-030-027, which would split off the rear portion of the lot into a new lot (and grant it to the city of Pinole, if I’m reading page 37 correctly) and otherwise make no changes (staff report pages 24-30, resolution pages 31-2, conditions of approval pages 33-5, tentative parcel map pages 36-7).
