Monday, 1-12- Planning Commission meeting, 7 PM, Hybrid.

There are two items- the meeting minutes for the December 8th meeting
(pages 5-12), and a study session for self-storage at 890 san pablo Ave
(staff report pages 13-14, past documents associated with that site
pages 15-81, letter to request review page 82, relevant specific plan
segments pages 83-6). Note that while this is a public hearing, the
planning commission will be taking no action on this item, as it is not
a formal development application (page 14).
