There are 5 items- the minutes for the September 17th meeting (pages 4-8), committee member reports and communications, a map showing maintenance priority zones throughout the city and the order they will be maintained in (page 9), committee review of a Transportation Development Act grant to help fund a pedestrian crossing across San Pablo Avenue at Fifth Avenue (in front of the new Senior Housing development next to Roble) (pages 10-12), and staff report on sidewalk rehabilitation project RO2402 which reviews curb cuts made to improve accessibility at several locations (pages 13-14).
