There are five items on the agenda- approval of the minutes from the July 10th meeting, Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) operations report (pages 8-19), Joint Powers Agreement document review (pages 20-28), a list of tour dates (10/22 at 10 AM, 10/27 at 10 AM, and 11/3 at 5 PM), and a verbal list of new sewer connections in Pinole and Hercules.
