There will be 2 items on the agenda- the minutes from the prior meeting (on June 9th), and a review of possible options for the redevelopment of the Appian 80 shopping center to be recommended to the city council by resolution (staff report page 17, resolution pages 18-20, text of ideas pages 21-22).
