Joint Pinole City Council/Planning Commission meeting starting at 6 PM, Pinole City Hall/Hybrid. You can find the agenda packet here. Note that as there is no closed session, the meeting will be starting at 6 PM. There are going to be 4 presentations- one on land use policy generally, one on major recent state housing laws, one on the status of private development projects in the city, and a status update on the general plan with some focus on the 6th cycle housing element.
